The starting lineup reads like a Pro Bowl ballot. Brock Purdy has firmly entrenched himself as the QB1, with veteran Brandon Allen and promising young arm Tanner Mordecai battling for backup reps. In the backfield, Christian McCaffrey remains the centerpiece, though Jordan Mason proved he can carry the load, and 2024 fourth-round pick Isaac Guerendo adds fresh legs to the rotation. At fullback, the irreplaceable Kyle Juszczyk continues to anchor one of the league's most versatile rushing attacks.

The receiver room got a jolt in April when the 49ers traded up to select Ricky Pearsall in the first round, pairing him with Brandon Aiyuk and Deebo Samuel to form a dynamic trio. Jauan Jennings provides that physical, clutch presence in the slot, while veteran Chris Conley adds experience. Tight end remains a strength with future Hall of Famer George Kittle leading the way, backed up by Charlie Woerner and blocking specialist Brayden Willis.
