Grab your katanas and a snack, because we're diving into the glorious rumor soup.

Deadpool 4's Secret Weapon? A certain Argentine with more tattoos than Wade has scars

Lionel Messi showing off his collection of tattoos, which fans jokingly compare to Deadpool's full-body scar art

Okay, hear us out. Ryan Reynolds and Lionel Messi are basically coworkers now, both flipping the bird at conventional career timelines in Los Angeles. Reynolds owns Wrexham and sells gin; Messi owns Miami and sells out every stadium in America. So naturally, the internet has decided Messi should cameo in Deadpool 4, and honestly? It writes itself. The man is already covered in tattoos, which means the wardrobe department would save a fortune on the scar makeup. Deadpool meets a guy whose body art is somehow more detailed than a Marvel storyboard, and Wade immediately gets an inferiority complex. Imagine the fourth-wall break: "Even MY healing factor can't keep up with a guy who wins Ballon d'Ors like they're participation trophies." Disney, make the call. Inter Miami has a field, Deadpool has a jetpack, this is basically a done deal.
